AFactory is a large international architecture and design firm based in Japan, with customers world wide. As the first step in their comprehensive media development project the corporate website was rebuilt. Snacktreat was responsible for developing the website's visual concept in-line with A Factory's brand goal. Our mission was to show the world that A Factory is not just a large corporation, but a group of craftsmen. This was achieved through a Snacktreat concept called "Sketch". The concept can be clearly seen on the top page of the website, where the company's highest skilled architect redrew the original sketch of their current office. Through a motion graphics video, this sketch transforms into a photograph of the finished building. A Factory's website was made fully bilingual and a mixture of fullscreen Flash and HTML.

Snacktreat.com as it existed from 2006-2009. This website was designed to fill any size display while keeping perfect design balance. It also features a unique method of colorizing the text titles in the site. The titles were created as transparent holes in the design, which allowed the background image to show through. This, combined with a system to randomly load a different background image for each visitor, allowed snacktreat.com to constantly change color.
